Executive Vice President, Self-Service Technology

Frank A. Natoli, Jr., was appointed executive vice president, self-service technology for Diebold, Incorporated in January 2012. He leads the global product and supply chain organizations, including the oversight of Diebold’s global technology, product management, engineering, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing groups – driving collaboration amongst those teams as well as with Diebold’s network of suppliers and partners. He is responsible for leading the vision and development of end-to-end, interconnected technologies and solutions, from ideation through fulfillment.

Prior to his current role, Natoli served as vice president, chief technology officer.  In this role, he oversaw and led the global development efforts and processes for Diebold's comprehensive suite of ATM security products and deposit automation solutions that have diversified and differentiated Diebold's self-service portfolio. He has also served as vice president of operational excellence and vice president of business transformation. Before joining the company in 2005, he spent 23 years in the automotive industry in engineering, manufacturing and operations roles.

A native of McDonald, Ohio, Natoli received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree at Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute and GMI Engineering and Management Institute) in Flint, Mich. Natoli has received various lean and quality certificates from Delphi, the University of Michigan and Shainin, LLC.
