David Bucci was named senior vice president, customer solutions group for Diebold, Incorporated in 2001. He is responsible for Diebold North America customer business solutions, North America customer service solutions, strategic accounts, Canada operations, consulting services, customer satisfaction, solutions development, integrated service sales and sales strategy and operations.
He joined the company in 1977 as a sales trainee in Syracuse, N.Y. Bucci has held various sales and management positions with Diebold including vice president for the Eastern division. Most recently, he held the position of senior vice president, North American Sales and Service.
A native of Syracuse, N.Y., Bucci received a bachelor's degree in education from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Mass., and completed master's work at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
